I believe in the power of community and mentorship. A mastermind is the perfect combination of both.

The Elena S Blair Mastermind is a carefully curated group of like minded photographers who are interested in up-leveling their, art, business, and purpose.

In 2021 & this year I worked with (or am currently working with) 100 women from all over the world and have helped all of them up-level their lives and businesses.

This is an opportunity for photographers who are already established, meaning they know how to use their camera and are ready to put in the work to move to the next level.

​

Next level will be unique for each member. Perhaps you want to refine your art and brand, raise your prices, increase your impact, or explore becoming an influential photographer educator.

Together we will dive deep into strategy, personal development, and "what's next" for each individual.

This will be a five month commitment, ending with an in person 2 day retreat. My retreats have become a highly respected industry event and are now sponsored by Canon, Milers lab, ShootProof, Honeybook, Color Inc, & B&H photos.
